The house is largely open plan and the ground floor includes the kitchen, lounge (with double sofa bed) and dining area.

It attaches to an Edwardian greenhouse and has French windows opening onto the walled rear garden and the front courtyard garden. There are also two wc's.

The first floor main lounge is dominated by the oak fireplace and is panelled throughout to dado level. There are two massive sofas to relax on.

Stained glass windows allow light to stream through from the full length balcony across the front of the house from which there are views over Garrick's Temple on the banks of the Thames.

At the end of the main room is another small double bedroom with en-suite shower room featuring a Juliet balcony onto the garden.

The rear garden is also bounded by high walls and is the perfect place to relax, soak up some sun and eat alfresco. The kitchen is only feet away through French doors or you can cook on the bbq.
